I messaged with questions before I ordered and got a response pretty quickly. The seller was super friendly and patient and answered all my questions. Got the mockup fairly quickly after ordering and they let me approve first. I received my throw sooner than expected. Seller did inform me that the throw will be a little darker than the mockup, but it still turned out amazing. Bought as a gift and I know they are going to love it.
